You will have access to all information regarding your registration through the Dodo Customer Portal, including pricing, guest communications, revenue and reviews. We provide full transparency on how we work to achieve your goals.

We have established a set of control mechanisms for the quality of cleanings. Our cleaners will not be able to leave the house without uploading the pictures that wanted to the application we have prepared for them. When our guests check in, our system will send them a text message asking them to rate the cleanliness. If they respond with a score below ⅘, the cleaning team will be warned and action will be taken to correct the problem.

As hospitality professionals, we do everything we can to ensure your guests have a great experience and exceed their expectations. We start by instantly responding to all questions at any time of the day and making reservations secure. This is followed by a clear check-in procedure and 24/7 assistance for anything that might arise when guests arrive at your home. We offer a service tailored to each guest's needs and ensure they have an exceptional experience!

We will take care of all communication details with our guests through our own system on Airbnb. You do not have to be in contact with the guests.

Through the Dodo Customer Portal, you can block the dates you want to stay in such a way that 90% of our guests are eligible. Alternatively, you can contact the Dodo team to let us know which dates you want to block on your calendar. We'll make sure your property is clean and ready before you arrive.

Payments from our guests are first transferred to us by Airbnb. Payments made on different dates within a month are collected in our account. Payments to be made to you will be sent to you between the 10th and 15th of the next month. For example: The earnings from the guests we host between January 1-30 will be transferred to your accounts between February 10-15.

Our contract period is 6 months. At the end of the contract, if both parties agree, your contract will be automatically extended for another 12 months.
